Returns & Replacements

During the first 30 days after purchase, iPlus onlinestore will be responsible for the reasonable shipping costs associated with the authorized return of damaged or defective product (Items are not returnable if the units are not damaged or defective). No exchanges are allowed after 30 days from time of purchase. You should insure the shipment as appropriate because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at Micro Electronics Corporation.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our Customer Service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of issuance of the Return Authorization# at which time the Return Authorization# expires. Return Authorization # are non-renewable. All returns must be shipped to Micro Electronics Corporation prepaid. iPlus onlinestore is unable to accept returns without a valid RA# and reserves the right to return if the merchandise as incomplete or damaged set returned from the consumers/senders and will at its discretion replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and all accessories, manuals and registration card(s) included. Defective items will be replaced for the exact same item.

Return Procedure:

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:

Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30days of the original ship date by calling Tel (408) 988-1101 or e-mail to our customer service via customerservice@iplusonlinestore.com
Please provide the following information when requesting a Retrun Authorization#. Original order number (located on Packing Slip), Name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, Daytime Tel number and e-mail address.
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging that all components, manuals, cables, accessories, and the brown MO box for protecting the merchandise during transportation are included.
For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.
Pls address the package to:

Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#.
Print the Return Authorization# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER UNDER HIS/HER CHARGES.
